Order Processing & Shipping Time

In-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM PST will be shipped the same or next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon restocking at no additional charge.

If any significant delay occurs with non-backordered items, customers will be contacted via email or phone.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail.

• Domestic shipping within the United States: $9.99

• No International shipping

• We  do not ship to Hawaii or Utah

Shipping rates may be subject to change due to package size, weight, or order value.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping is available to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the recipient.

Damages & Liability

The seller is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of shipped items. If an order is damaged during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and shipping of tobacco products comply with their local laws. Any taxes, levies, or fees applied by government entities must be paid by the customer. Loss or seizure of goods due to legal restrictions will not be covered.
